PALM GREENS in DELRAY BEACH
Palm Greens is a community in Delray Beach with condos and villas. Nearly all condos are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Three bedroom condos at Palm Greens are scarce.
Palm Greens has a clubhouse with a resort style swimming pool, tennis, bocce, cafe, and much more. A developer is planning to build new condos on the old, abandoned golf course. Along with the new condos, a new state of the art clubhouse will be built. New landscaping, new lakes and new walking trails are all discussed. All of the new additions drive condo buyers to Palm Greens.
Palm Greens is an active community. You will see residents walking, jogging, bicycling. You will also see and hear birds.
